By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course Creation Academy ("the Academy") and any associated services operated by Lambros Lazopoulos under the Lamz Group brand ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Course Creation Academy is a digital education product. Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to the curriculum, templates, prompt library, intro video scripts, and the private community for the tier you've purchased.
Current pricing is displayed on the Academy page. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for the displayed amount in the displayed currency.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the $395 Course Creation Academy tier. To claim a refund within 30 days of purchase, email Lambros.laz@gmail.com with proof that you've gone through the curriculum and applied the framework.
The 1-on-1 tier ($5,000) carries a "work-with-you-until-you-launch" guarantee. If we don't get your course live and ranking together, you receive a complete refund.
The free Skool community tier carries no refund obligation as it requires no payment.
All Academy content — including videos, written materials, templates, prompts, scripts, and community posts authored by Lambros — is the intellectual property of Lambros Lazopoulos / Lamz Group. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own course-creation efforts.
You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or publish Academy content as your own. Doing so constitutes copyright infringement and immediate termination of your access without refund.
You retain full ownership of any course you create using the framework. We claim no rights to courses, content, or revenue you generate from applying what you learn inside the Academy.
Inside the private community, members are expected to be respectful, constructive, and professional. We reserve the right to remove members who engage in harassment, spam, self-promotion outside designated areas, or repeated rule violations — without refund.
The Academy provides education and frameworks. We make no guarantees of specific income, student counts, or business outcomes. Results depend entirely on your effort, your topic choice, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Academy is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Academy if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the program — without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Academy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lambros Lazopoulos resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
