Scope drives everything. A 6-module flagship with an existing brand is different from a 12-module certification with a custom LMS and global marketing. We scope precisely on the first call.
The full stack: design, editing, hosting, LMS deployment, and marketing & sales assets. Facilitator fees, paid media budgets, and third-party software (e.g., your LMS license) are passed through at cost.
Yes. Most projects run 3–5 milestone-based payments. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Enterprise can be annualized or quarterly.
We build change orders transparently and only when you approve them. If a scope shifts mid-project, we'll show you what it means in time and dollars before any work starts.
