Most agencies ship content. We ship operating systems. That means we architect the full program — curriculum, measurement, delivery, operations — and we stay on to run it for 12+ months if you want. Our North Star is behavior change and revenue impact, not deliverable count.

Most builds run 4–12 weeks, depending on scope. Flagship courses and SaaS onboarding ship in 4–8 weeks; certification programs and enterprise academies are usually 6–12 weeks. After launch, clients can stay on retainer for as long as useful.
Every engagement is scoped, but we publish honest ranges for each offering on our pricing page. We'll scope precisely on the first call — no surprise quotes.
Both. On enterprise engagements we're typically embedded with your L&D team and upskill them alongside the buildout. For smaller orgs, we run the program end-to-end until you're ready to bring it in-house. Your call.
